Your health starts in your gut.Things that help: Being born by normal delivery. Avoiding needless antibiotic treatments. Eating minimally processed whole plant-based foods, herbs & spices. Avoiding animal products from factory farms.

DUHHHH, The Flu is so bad this year, Because the Gov ie CDC tells us it is.

  • Reply Toria Rose January 19, 2018 at 4:59 pm

Why don't you mention how many of those who got the flu had gotten (especially recently) a flu shot. Lying soulless Big Pharma shill. Cha-ching. Btw, did you mention the stats on how ineffective the flu shot is (less than 50percent)? And that the majority of vaccine injuries are caused by flu shots. And that Big Pharma is not held liable, tax payers foot the bill for their crap "medicine." Try some truth, search for Dr. Suzanne Humphries and watch a few vids at Vaxxed TV.

Also, when listing the things not to touch, amazing how you didn't mention one of the most obvious culprits. Grocery carts. Yeah, a perfect example of how you ppl aren't seeing the elephant in the room…

The Flu Shot, IMHO, has caused this most severe FLU.

  • Reply Re'lar Kvothe January 22, 2018 at 2:21 am

My mom has the flu. She got the shot. My dad got the flu. He had the shot. Two of my friends had the flu. They had the shot. I just got over it. Didn't get the shot and won't be getting it next year either.

It doesn't take brilliance ….to understand that injecting the virus (along with toxins!!!) into you will give you the symptoms of the virus that was injected (along with toxins!!) into you!!! Yet sadly people can NOT put two and two together and come up with four…. so more people jump onto the flu fear train…get their shots…get the flu…get sick…may die…..

  • Reply astrialinda H January 25, 2018 at 2:54 am

she mentions those at "high risk" should get the flu shot..

….yet the CDC itself says those getting the shot should NOT BE AROUND HIGH RISK PEOPLE LIKE IMMUNO-COMPROMISED, ELDERLY, CHILDREN, because the one who just got that shot can make those people sick!! ETC!

  • Reply Jae Lynn January 29, 2018 at 11:08 pm

What is going on? People not getting flu shots? Imported from other countries? I'm so lucky I haven't had it since winter of 1997/1998! Flu shot every year except the past two, and this was the first winter I caught a cold in a while too. The secret? Am not exposed to hardly any people, which is sad. But also using hand sanitizer only after being in public, which isn't very often.

LOL funny how they know the strains and names……

  • Reply pevitzachast February 3, 2018 at 9:45 am

    Garbage. Flu vaccine propaganda.

  • Reply Nick Rijnberg February 3, 2018 at 9:50 am

Firstly, the odds of prevention are minimal

The propaganda machine will tell you that the flu shot is “60% effective”, but this is a mere blatant manipulation of the statistics. In actuality, the flu shot prevents the flu in only 1.5 out of 100 adults.1.5%! Let that sink in your mind.

This means that you have a 98.5% chance it WON’T work for you.

Never trust a doctor who looks like a fox corespondent or that tells you to get the FLU shot. This flu shot doesn't work on this strain of the H3H2 virus.

I had it last year and was the last of my other two brothers that got it

A couple years ago I caught the flu and went to ER and they sent me home after a breathing treatment and I went back and they asked me why I came back like I was annoying. Here are the things that helped me:

    1. Mucinex
    2. Fluids (not beer)
    3. Avoid public areas if you can. A lot of grocery delivery options are available. It helps.
    4. Do not eat sugar. I was told by an ER dr that it inhibits immunity. It can make you feel worse.
    5. Do not push yourself if you sweat just walking to the bathroom.
    6. If you have mucus to cough up- cough it up and spit it out. Mucus traps germs so get it out.

    Hand washing is key

  • Reply realm313 April 16, 2019 at 5:18 pm

Washing your hands frequently is 100000x more effective at preventing the flu than receiving the vaccine.
The flu shot contains toxins including mercury, formaldehyde(a carcinogen), & aluminum.
