Why Enemas are Good For Probiotics vs. Candida Yeast

August 13, 2019

a lot of people think enemas are bad for probiotics because it washes them out of your your colon and it does wash some out but my god there’s trillions of them they multiply like crazy if you feed them right but most people don’t and it’s those people that enemas are really important for and really good for probiotics and here’s why your body is supposed to have five times more probiotics the nice yeast is actually you can’t get rid of yeast supposed to be kept under control and it’s actually a food source for probiotics in the healthy natural world and this will be like four to five times more probiotics than yeast but for most people still the way around because probiotics love to eat fiber which most people don’t eat this zero fiber animal products and encode food try and digest the fiber in the stomach before you even get to the probiotics and yeast eats sugar well most of everything we eat turns into sugar bread pasta cereal blah blah blah you already know that right so you’re feeding your body with sugars you’re feeding the yeast it’s growing out of control and for most people they have five times more yeast than they have probiotics so here’s where the animals come in really good you’ve got an overpopulation of bad guys of enemy whatever you want to call it you know the enemy’s overtaking our soldiers well nuke it throw out just wash out that whole battlefield just wash it out this is what this is doing is leveling the playing field and if most of what’s in your colon is five times more yeast than probiotics while you’re wiping out four to five times all that element extra yeast and you’re leveling the playing field so when all that washing is done now you’ve got a little bit of yeast and a little bit of probiotics now you’ve got a level playing field now it’s 50/50 not four to one it’s 50/50 all right who’s going to win depends on who you feed if you stop eating bread pots of cereal sugar milk all the processed cooked crap that you eat and you start eating fiber you know raw foods plants plants and vegetables and you start feeding the good guys the probiotics they’re going to start growing way strong and fast and the yeast is going to go I hate this stuff I’m not going to eat this and it’s going to go to sleep well now you’re going to get back to normal so this is where animals come in hand can help level the playing field see I’m saying here so and if you eat raw vegan plant food that’s not cooked you’re getting enough fiber and you’re in especially if you’re eating it from nature if you’re eating things like right from the plant and the ground and the tree and the garden you’re getting a lot of natural biological they call it bacteria you know the stuff you’re supposed to be having the b12 and all that stuff so but most people don’t they buy this stuff the grocery store but that’s still fiber stop cooking it just eat it make salads out of it do what Karen I do rob googly made a whole cookbook out of it how to prepare raw vegan plant food without heating over 180 degrees so that it sits so you still get the fiber down here probiotics so anyway I’m getting off tangent here which I I’ve known to do but because I’m pretty I get fired up about people that can’t do what they’re told anyway so this is why enemas are good for people that have more yeast than probiotics and it’s also good obviously for cleaning out yourself a couple times a month regularly that’s what we do a couple times a month just for regular meetings because the air is toxic the water is toxic you can’t help you know you’re breathing in plastics and blah blah blah so you got to clean yourself out alright so there you go this is why enemas are good for probiotics it’s like it’s a little helper friend and it’s just water what you afraid of water put water in there clean it clean yourself out so good is good reboot the big word people are using nowadays modern the world reboot your life reboot your digestive system reboot most people need is a good swift boot in the ass you still here go away go do it how much do I tell you to do

Why official health providers like the NHS in UK, no longer really promotes Enemas?

They evem warn that it could be dangerous and can make your intestines lazy, does making us dependent on them.

BTW, do you think that Propolis can also kill good bacteria? :/

I suffer from excessive bloating, the propolis didn't help but it eradicated the bad smell from my gases which is helpful anyways xD

Hi, Markus! I've been doing daily enemas for the last two weeks, and now I'm unable pass a bowel movement without doing an enema, is that normal? Additionally, I found what appeared to be a tapeworm in one of my stools, any advice? Love you and Cara!😘. Everything I have made in your "Love on a plate" book has been so good!! Thank you!

I want to start drying some of my own wild plants this summer and I was thinking about what you said… as soon as you pick it stuff dies. So once I pick the herbs should I put them on my dehydrator to keep the most nutrition in the dried herbs? Wondering how you process your wild force herbs… and how I need to do mine?

THANK YOU…SO MUCH. Been battling a yeast infection for a year. Started enemas, but didn't know why the yeast kept coming back. It's the processed/starch food and not enough raw food! Also, is rice a cause? I've been drinking the brine of my fermented foods, but maybe I need to up it to twice a day?

Hi Markus I'm on 100% raw vegan diet and I'm bit confused should I eat first my fruit with some greens and then eat some fats or can I make smothie with 8 bananas with greens and some fat ( like raw alomnd milk ) with no problem that sugar from fruit will "stack" and will feed candida? Other raw fooders who eat lot of fruit seems to looks older than thos who eat more fats. Btw I like Cara's sweet potato pasta recipe.

As a colon hydrotherapist for the past 25 years, I agree with most of what Markus is saying about the importance of cleaning out the colon on a regular basis. Depending on the type of enema you are using will depend on the results you get. Good or bad bacteria and yeast are survivors in the gut, they aren't just floating around in our GI track, they can be anchored in for the long run. Simple using an enema can
l flush out the old sloughed off cells, but not too many of the live active cells. The damage from Leaky gut syndrome is in the small intestines where colonics or enemas don't reach. So, as Markus is saying, you have to starve the yeast and stop feeding it the foods it needs to survive and take a high powerful probiotic that is formulated to control the over growth of pathogens.

I have done the juice fasting for 17 days, (got the hunger thirst, I weight only 41 kg) doing enemas every second day and I'm now on day 6 of second step; blended drinks. I haven't had one bowel moment yet!!! I regret that I have done the enema cleansing, because I'm afraid my intestines doesn't know how to do a bowel moment anymore…. I feel constipated again, get a lot of gas and candida symptoms. Especially what I wanted to cure. I'm still doing enemas at the end of every day and I see the whole blended drinks coming out. Once I tried not to do it and I stayed constipated. Today I tried to eat 3 oranges and nothing happens. I'm not trying to complain, but asking for help and giving you an advice. You missed a big chapter in your book: "What to expect when breaking a fast and how to do it right". (I'm doing the yoga, jumping, apple cider vinegar, ginger and so on.)

There are a few ideas for relieving bad digestion at home
    Use a high-fiber diet
    eat insoluble and soluble fiber
Limit foods that are high in fat
    incorporate probiotics into your diet
Try to eat on schedule ie the same time each day
Keep hydrated by drinking lots of water
Skip habits such as smoking and drinking excessive caffeine and alcohol.
Exercise often to help keep food moving through the digestive system,
Manage stress. Too much stress or anxiety can cause the digestive system to go wrong.
(I learned these and the reasons they work from Marita bio pro website )

I hope I get an answer to this question: is it necessary to eat a probiotic at the end of the day after each enema performed in the morning? I’ve been juice fasting for the first time in my life for the past 12 days. My goal is to fast for at least 30-60 days. I’ll do my best to start doing enemas (have no prior experience, so a bit squeamish & scared). Do I need to take a probiotic only on the days I perform an enema? Have never taken probiotics before. Your videos have inspired me to make many positive changes. Thank you. Stay blessed.

I did a water enema few days ago. Too much gas, some pimples starting to pop out on my face and my lower lip looked dry for the past few weeks, not full and pink as it should be. So i did just one enema and now, it's been a week my lower lip looks pink and full. No more pimples. less gas. Colon feels more at ease. Amazing how even a single enema can help! Highly recommanded.

If ye love me, keep my commandments.
    John 14:15 KJV

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
    Exodus 20:8‭-‬9 KJV

Saturday is the day of the Lord

The claim that Christ by his death abolished his Father’s law, is without foundation. Had it been possible for the law to be changed or set aside, then Christ need not have died to save man from the penalty of sin. The death of Christ, so far from abolishing the law, proves that it is immutable. The Son of God came to “magnify the law, and make it honorable.” [Isaiah 42:21.] He said, “Think not that I am come to destroy the law;” “till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in nowise pass from the law.” [Matthew 5:17, 18.] And concerning himself he declares, “I delight to do thy will, O my God; yea, thy law is within my heart.” [Psalm 40:8.] GC88 466.3

    Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
