What Is The Best Way To Clear Up A Vaginal Yeast Infection?

August 15, 2019

Good day, Eric Bakker, naturopath, author
of Candida Crusher with another frequently asked question. What’s the best way to clear up a vaginal
yeast infection? There are a lot of ways you can clear up a
vaginal infection. I think a good thing for you to really do is to look at a two-stage
approach, which I talk about extensively in the fifth chapter of my book, Candida Crusher. Chapter 4 I call the quick start guide and
you can see all about the best douching protocols to use and the best way to get on top of your
vaginal infection if it’s acute and you only get it from time to time. If it’s chronic
and recurring, a clever thing for you to do first is to make sure that it is a yeast infection
and not bacterial vaginosis or a condition we call BV. BV is quite common, and you can
read more about this in my book. There is, in fact, a whole chart I’ve outlined with
the different types of vaginal infections and inflammations and how to distinguish between
them. A vaginal infection will be a whitish sort
of discharge and be intensely itchy. And a good way to clear it up, I think, is premenstrually
and post-menstrually. Premenstrually look at a treatment that’s going to help to clear
an infection because premenstrually is when the lining of the endometrium is building
up and you’re going to get a mucous change occurring there in the female reproductive
system. This is a key time to work on yeast infections. When you’ve gone through your period and you’re
on the other end there after your period is a good time to build up the health of the
vagina. So it’s important for you to get on top of this yeast infection because I’ve seen
too many women treat a vaginal infection with creams and applicators and fluconazole and
drugs like diflucan. In time, many of them end up with conditions like endometriosis,
polycystic ovarian syndrome, all sorts of gynecological complications. You don’t want
to go there, so you need to get on top of these infections. If they’re chronic, there’s
a big chance you can still recover from this infection. So have a good look at my two-stage protocol
in my book, Candida Crusher. It’s helped thousands of people overcome their vaginal infection.
I’ve treated many people now. So I’m sure you can get some success there as well. So I hope that answers your question. Thank
you.
