    I stopped drinking soft drinks about 10 months ago. started drinking mostly water and skim milk. lost about 12+ pounds and the acid reflux problem I had went away. have more energy now.

    I avoid tap water on an empty stomach. I use distilled water or filtered water with two caps of Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.

    I have dysautonomia, which causes you to dehydrate very fast and very easy, (enter the that's what she said jokes here). I actually have a 34 oz bottle of water with me at all times and I actually end up drinking it all night long then I have to drink it first thing in the morning and another one when I take my meds! I will end up drinking probably about 10-15 of these through out the day. I can't have caffeine, so no coffee ☕️ for me 😫 in the mornings. Just water ALL the time…🌊🏊🏻‍♀️

    I drink 12 to 16 24oz bottles of water a day , it's true on all aspects but I'm a tall and big guy and it cat weight from 258 to 225 but you have to move around not just watch TV and grow roots also I'm 6'3 so I don't know if another person drank the same if it would be healthy for them and I done eat breakfast I have a small lunch and also eat only parboiled chicken and have to prepare my food a day ahead sometimes. I'm 35 works for me

    Take it easy there H2O lovers.. too much water can wash out electrolytes, leading to lethargy, difficulty concentrating, and potentially other health problems. Hydration is good, just don't overdo it 🙂
