Weight Loss Special PART 2 : James Sloane, estrogen, fat, & what to do

to a new life at Marcus news.com today the medical expert James Sloan explains all the scientific reasons why people have weight problems even if they eat healthy stick around because at the end of this interview I will list for you what to take and what to do for every condition this video is seriously packed with helpful information this is probably the biggest issue in the modern world is getting fat like a lot of people there they’re kind of thin but they look like they’re wearing a wetsuit you know they got like a half inch foam suit on or they got liking you because that distributes the evenly all over your body and you don’t really notice it until you’ve got an extra 20 20 pounds it’s quite a bit of weight you know until you try to lift the 20 pound weight you don’t realize how much it is it’s so evenly distributed you can’t be don’t have to be like this yeah there’s a lot of reasons for weight gain which is one of the things that luck they don’t really address yeah I’ve heard so many times that people are just overeating they’re so brave no it’s not always the case there’s a lot of raw vegans that are gaining weight and can’t get rid of it and they don’t know you know they exercise they eat non processed no carbs it’s one the most common reasons is hypothyroidism and it’s becoming more and more prevalent because we got so many estrogen compounds in our environment you know you got your estrogens in your plastics you got estrogens and your receipts you get from heals people receipts at the store I have BPA in it the water bottles they’re drinking out out chilling your teething rings and stuff which are loaded with xenoestrogens and and these estrogens suppress your thyroid that’s one cause and then there’s chlorine in the water there’s fluoride in the water those displace iodine need for the thyroid function so again it suppresses a thyroid women are beginning our power or giving medication like premarin premarin is pregnant mares urine it’s no source of it it’s an estrogen but it’s 3,000 times strong and the body’s own estrogen estrogens suppress the thyroid so I mean there’s a lot of reasons for hypothyroidism too it’s not a single thing stressful even lower your thyroid and so there’s that’s a very common reason for waking and just simply hypothyroidism and then you got people consuming alcohols and in excess that a lot of your alcohols contain high levels of estrogen again beer is notoriously high so is whiskey guzo and gin like male alcoholics can only develop 4s but they also get that big beer belly while the beer belly is from the estrogen in the beer and men tend it deposit their weight around they write this strong well there’s there’s different types of estrogens we got to keep this in mind too because there’s everything from a phytoestrogen which is a plant based estrogen which it’s not really true as you didn’t per se but it has a genetic effects what they call it that then you’ve got your body’s on estrogen now you have the estrogens from animals like even if you eat organic beef or chicken it’s from a 2,000 pound animal that’s got hormones as steroids that it naturally has to make it grow to be 2,000 pounds you eat that you start gaining that’s why bodybuilders love beef because it makes them big fast but it also makes everything else grow like cancer exactly good I’ve heard so many people sort of say oh I’m not getting estrogen I’m eating organic meats and it’s like no those meats still the animal has its own hormones and animal hormones tend to be way stronger again Len hasn’t mentioned premarin is three thousand times stronger than human estrogen and so these estrogens from the animals that we’re consuming or still they tend to be much higher are stronger than what our bodies would naturally so what about the raw vegans who don’t eat meat or have any animal products so how come they are still a common reason there again is the phytoestrogens now phytoestrogens can still suppress the thyroid all plants contain fight or flight one one thousands the level of plastic or yeah they’re only out there way lower because even compared to our own estrogens they average around two to four hundred times weaker than our body’s own estrogen so they are very very weak adjust registers in the body that yeah this is taken care of we got estrogen we got this but it’s so weak that I mean if you don’t eat plants we’ve got nothing right right yeah but it is still glitter genic they counter that very easily with iodine sources you know add a little seaweed I’m not a big fan of like the lugol’s or any of those iodine sources that people tend to take way way too much iodine toxicity and iodine can start at one milligram and I’ve seen people recommending up to 300 or more milligrams per day which even at that level that’s what killed my business partners father he got overdosed on iodine by his doctor and it was around I’ve say since I have 150 milligrams of iodine a day and he ended dying from it yeah I sell Irish moss now which is great seaweed yeah the seaweeds are definitely the way to go with iodine I love I love that stuff I put in my smoothies a-plus nature when you get stuff it’s it’s unlike an isolate it’s balanced it’s got everything it’s not just the site I am and the zinc and all the other countries there are rings that they like nature again it balances itself out and it’s hard to OD on plants right or a seaweed ER and there’s a misunderstanding there’s good fats and bad fats right we get fat and we think it’s because we eat a lot of fat the meal our cells have membranes which is basically made from fats fats lipids right and are thousands of miles of myelin sheaths right our entire nervous system the brain is 80% fat and all that if you don’t have enough fats and oils anybody you’re it’s like the wiring that all the electrical wiring of your body the other nervous system has no insulation it starts like short-circuiting right right after all yeah cholesterol is essential for the body is a healing agent it helps to form you know certain vitamins hormones things like that it’s essential to the like fat there’s good cholesterol bad cholesterol and the body only animals create cholesterol plants don’t so so these people that are vegans or vegetarians yeah you’re not getting any cholesterol from the food you eat but if you’re stressed if you’re well like you’re like living in a city or LA or whatever you can die from cholesterol because you’re stressing out too much on the other hand you can also die from not having enough cholesterol because your hormones aren’t being activated correctly because you need cholesterol for hormones yeah fat low cholesterol is actually a major cause of heart attacks yeah as some of the people realizes they’re always here in the opposite but they found that 50% of people who die of heart attacks have low to normal cholesterol exactly and what happens when you have low cholesterol you’re not synthesizing sufficient levels of what’s called prostaglandins you know certain prostaglandins dilates your blood vessels to maintain circulation so when you lower your cholesterol too low the prostaglandin levels drop and therefore the blood vessels constrict cutting off the blood supply to things like the heart in the brain yeah dietary cholesterol is not a big factor for what’s in your blood almost all the cholesterol in your blood actually comes from what your liver synthesizes because the problem is what their theory about if you eat like high cholesterol foods like eggs or whatever they’re trying to claim is gonna raise your cholesterol no it doesn’t because a lot of the foods that you eat are also high in sterols sterols have a very high affinity for cholesterol again I mentioned the olive oil has a high affinity for cholesterol so it binds to the cholesterol so it cannot be absorbed by the body so it gets flushed out of the system but never absorbed so a lot of the stuff that’s in your blood your body actually makes it exactly the liver synthesizing it weighs it making it from again I’ll use the building blocks of sterols and things of that to build up cholesterol but we need cholesterol for so many different reasons again the body everything from cell membranes to my limb to hormone wasn’t good yeah so our body needs that cholesterol and so our liver synthesizes it but I said dietary cholesterol actually said it plays a very minor minor role even a lot of your cholesterol like we know Cheryl’s lower cholesterol if you took something like olive oil or jog along is a TIA it’s very very high in sterols and when you drink it it lowers your cholesterol levels because you get all that cholesterol on your bile so when you eat your food to stuff the ball gets released in the intestine with all that cholesterol and normally that gets reabsorbed back into the bloodstream but when we drink these sterols the sterols will bind to that cholesterol that’s in the bile and prevent it from being reabsorbed and so it actually ends up lowering our cholesterol levels and if you take enough less of them with your food that will help get less than multi-tools one-tail grabs ahold of fast see the tail grab hold of water some together like a little bridge so it makes the cholesterol water-soluble makes it much easier for the body to flush out and it’ll clean the plaque out of your arteries for the same reason because it makes that cholesterol water-soluble well insulin will stimulate fat production so when you have a high blood sugar level one of the things that can happen is that the high insulin levels will cause fat deposits to form the insulin itself said does cause the fat deposits but so do other things like hormones estrogen for example progesterone can cause weight gain too because know they’re always talking about Oprah gesturing help with weight loss no actually I was weight gain it’s the most common reason for gall stones is actually hormones women are more prone to gall stones than men are because they have a higher level of estrogen and progesterone and what estrogen does it causes more cholesterol to go into the bile now bile has a saturation point the easiest way to explain to people usually is if I take a glass of water if I start stirring sugar in there it’ll dissolve is all dissolved all until it reaches a saturation saturation oh yeah then once you supersaturated the excess precipitates out you know violence like that with cholesterol so it can solve so much of the cholesterol but once it reaches its saturation point anything in excess precipitates out and starts to form the gall stones so estrogen causes the cholesterol to go into the bile starting to saturate it progesterone is a smooth muscle relaxant so prevents the contraction of the gall bladder that gets really that old saturated bile and allows new file to come in so the combination of extranet and progesterone actually increase the risk of gall stones by super saturating the bile with cholesterol causing the stone formation so that’s you know the excess cholesterol in the bile is the primary cause of gall stones now there are billary stones too but let me get lecithin what helps that less than is good fiber the bitters because bitters not only increase your bile ink increase in your gall bladder which again adds more fresh bile to dissolve more of that cholesterol but it’s also going to stimulate gall better contract you want to get all that stagnant mile out so fresh bile that’s not already saturated comes in and helps to keep that cholesterol this is why we’re having this important talk about fats and cholesterol things like that obviously if you eat fried foods and you know the junk out there you’re getting bad fats or just your livers gonna get over clogged with that but if you eat good oils and fats coconut all of avocados nuts seeds things like that and that’s good stuff farmers used to feed coconut oil to their cows trying to make them fat and they all got really thin it actually got healthier and then so explain to the people the difference between the good and bad fats well the real real bad fats are generally the ones that are hydrogenated which is a synthetic process where the the liquid oils are made into more of a solid by the addition of hydrogen so it’s called hydrogenated oil spilling off something like Crisco margarine all right things like that that’s what makes chocolate stay hard in a brick and on the shelf for 20 years and then another one would be a trans fat right when you cook oils at high temperatures and that’s the smoking point then they can form what’s called trans fat there’s even trans fats in taco shells and things that people think are all at you know this was no big deal I mean there’s anything that’s obviously deep fried is trans fats but anything that’s crispy that’s got like it just snaps like easy it’s probably a trans fat you know just crackers things that’s really bad news but if you eat good fats yeah the good fats again or required as we mentioned for the cell membranes out myelin you also have what’s called a high density lipoprotein versus your low-density lipoprotein low density of course in your bad cholesterol I guess even your good cholesterol your HDL mousse your LDL into the four you know processing their metabolism so it gets broken down but then you got sterols in like olive oil you mentioned olive oil and all those very high in sterile sterols have other properties such as again dilating of blood vessels reducing inflammation like that which is why it’s a heart healthy oil and a lot of long living people long living cultures are in the Mediterranean where they have large amounts of olive oil that’s in their diet and you know they don’t eat perfectly but they’re closer to nature I mean they still eat cheese and goats and whatever but they live longer because they have a lot of olive oil and garlic and you know things like that on antioxidants and some of the oils – you got your polyphenols you can eat a lot of avocados and coconuts and nuts and seeds and stuff and not get fat matter of fact could probably get thinner doing it a lot of people get up in arms about olive oil is not natural any kind of fats and oils that you eat like coconut oil olive oil it’s not natural you have to eat the olive or the coconut otherwise you’re in balance and it’s bad for you I really disagree with that because well from one thing if you’re gonna try to get your oils basically from the olives it’s like good luck I mean how many olives are you’re gonna have to eat in order to get the same level of these beneficial oils in your system and I said there was a lot of beneficial compounds within the oil so you premature you do have to extract it now what happens if you do have a little too much olive oil does the body get rid of it or does it turn bad and is it bad for you most of my collapses effect everybody gets rid of it yeah it’s not gonna hurt you right so what were people so afraid of what do they think is wrong with having a little too much oil you know I know some oils are afraid of things like their hexane extracted you know some oils are at all but if you like God much olives and you squished them and you got oil out of it and they you know put it on your salad or like I said some of the longest living people live in the Mediterranean or they have lots of olive oil and so weight gain has a lot of different causes people that are on antidepressants can gain weight so drugs medication stress diabetes diabetes sugar card yeah there’s so many different causes a weight gain there’s not a real simple you know one key role for everybody the first thing to do is what are you doing that’s not natural all right you’re in a card it’s got plastic fumes okay you you’re drinking out of a plastic water bottle you’re eating lunch at a cafeteria with plastic forks and food meat that’s got natural even if it’s organic meat it’s got natural steroids or hormones and hester genex and it stress the modern world right relationship issues money issues you know there’s ways of dealing with stress I’ll work on your adrenal glands again your Drina glands produce your anti stress hormones keep you calm keep you on an even keel you can do something simple if you’re a real stressful situation go into a dark room light a candle watch that flame flicker it’s very calming pets are great you adopt a dog and then there’s the basic step to you like breathing yeah vitamin C right the herbal vitamin C works the adrenals again and there’s certain herbs that are good for that whatever the source of stress is I know this is easier said than done but distance yourself from that stress that jobs not worth dying for it’s not like the less you have more freer you’ll be and even if it means starting over with nothing it’s better than killing yourself over a lot of stuff that’s just not not worth it and you’ll always be taken care of somehow I mean it’s but anyway so weight gain boils down to what are you doing that’s not natural what are you doing that is not found in nature if you were just sitting on a rock in nature as every other living thing does or are you just doing something wrong like eating gallon of ice cream at a time Peter depressive eater you know a lot of people they overeat because of simply depression and carbohydrates will stimulate a serotonin rise inside the brain and so it helps to heating and keep them on even keel so instead of doing something else to raise their search on levels like drinking chamomile tea they’re going out there eating a gallon of ice cream instead you get all those carrots or feeling better by getting rid of the Nick negativity in your life that you’re trying to deal with by having comfort foods and junk and things like that it’s like it’s all it’s all coding the problem with some kind of instant gratification which is temporary and then you pay for it the next day and then you got twice as many problems now you’re stressing out even more getting more weight game in and then you die and you go with even with depression again lots of causes and set out yeah Thank You B lack o dopamine lack of C the choline like a norepinephrine like a serotonin high prolactin levels low low prostaglandin levels adrenal dysfunction thyroid dysfunction a lot of medications can cause depression and me the list goes on things can cause depression and so ssinnim of the topics that we’ll have to cover that one of these days because it’s a big pet peeve of mine with dr. stone now selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors at people with depression without trying to figure out what’s causing their right I know well that’s what with any health thing like I never hear doctor asking trying to figure out what’s causing the problem he says here take this drug will hide the symptom exactly thanks James pleasure thank you more estrogen levels by eating organic foods without pesticides and chemicals that have an estrogen lake effect get more fiber in your diet the liver dumps estrogen into its bile acids and viber helps these bile acids pass through the intestines and eliminate so eat lots of whole raw plant foods especially ones with polyphenols because polyphenols reduce estrogen these foods include chia seeds sesame oats rice bran flax and buckwheat since the liver metabolizes and breaks down estrogen in the body keep your liver clean with bitter herbs and plants because bitter stuff cleans the liver and helps digestion and sulfur is part of this bitterness to take MSM dandelion watercress pine needles onions horseradish garlic and bitter green leafy vegetables broccoli sprouts have 50 times more sulfur fame than broccoli itself drink a glass of lemon water every morning to help clean your liver and also take my liver formula you can’t take too     There are raw vegan people who aren't slender and the reason is mainly high fat high sodium. Too many nuts and too much oil (eg. salad dressing). You don't have to believe me, just experiment and see for yourselves. Eliminate oil completely for let's say 2 weeks and reduce sodium (all types of salt including Himalayan) and see what happens. In western countries 40% of people die from cardiovascular diseases (meat consumption, animal fat, stress, etc.) but heart disease is possible to reverse and one way is to totally eliminate oils, all types of oils. The proof is in the pudding, experiment ad see!!! If you are raw vegan and you are not slender, first thing to look at is your fat and sodium intake!

    I'm a bit confused about your reference to the Mediterranean diet… They are not exactly known for a raw, plant based diet. Yes, they eat a lot of olive oil – but also a lot of stuff that you do not recommend??

    I'm confused what you mean by chocolate being hydrogenated. From my understanding cacao butter is a saturated fat and it's polyunsaturated fats which can get hydrogenated. And the processing of the bean involves grinding it into a paste and then tempering it. Is there something about this I don't know? Or are you speaking more about the chocolate bars which contain hydrogenated oils as a replacement for cocoa butter?

    There's a lot of good advice there, but I'm going to have to disagree on the consumption of oils if they come from a storage container.  Bottled oils are oxidized due to being in contact with the room air they are packaged with, which only increases as the oil is used up.  Oxidized oils digest down into free radical oxygen atoms which are known to cause oxidative damage throughout the body, leading to all degenerative diseases.  Get all sources of bottled oils out of your diet, and start putting in all 90 essential nutrients and you'll feel like a new person within a few days.  

    I prefer to get my healthy fats from nut butters, whole fat milk, whole eggs, whole fat butter, etc….

    Great video! I am excited for the Cara interview. She looks incredible, I can't believe her age! It is insane, she looks 25!! I have been making recipes from Love on a Plate and they are awesome!! The pizza is seriously insane!!! I used to be addicted to eating Dominos pizza, and since going raw vegan I couldn't find a replacement, but woah, since making your pizza now I have my replacement!!! The pizza sauce has such a great flavour. I even make the garlic naan, and then dip it into the pizza sauce, because it reminds me of the "bread stix" that pizza places sell. So outstanding! You two are inspiring and make being raw easy!

    i at one time thought eating nuts kept me fat , because of its high calorie content, but i guess that's not the case, i guess i have to reevaluate what im doing with my life, and maybe get rid of meat totally, i already eat it sparingly though,  what are your thoughts on beans and legumes?

    What are your thoughts on drinking TEA, I consume a lot of iced tea and iced green tea and iced white tea. Much of it I make at home, from high quality tea leaves sourced when I travel around the planet.  You commented in your video about coffee and caffeine causing estrogen dominance.  Thoughts on tea.  I probably consume 8-12 glasses a day.

    The father of James Sloane's business partner was killed by his doctor who gave him 150 milligrams of Iodine daily? Never heard of an MD prescribing iodine. 1 mg of iodine can be toxic? Hmmm …. The average dietary intake of iodine for Japanese women is 13.8 mg / daily. Japanese men, about the same. The goitrogens phytic acid and oxalic acid are not mentioned in regard to pathologies of the thyroid gland. Go to a raw food conference like "The Longevity Conference" with David Wolfe and see all the women following a strictly raw food diet who express nodules, cysts, small tumors and the occasional goiter.     fantastic videos, i used to have really high cholesterol lvl, my doctor wanted to give me pills to reduce it. I told him, its because i eat to much beef, he said its because i eat to much eggs, so we made a bet. no more meat. so I ate 2 raw egg yokes a day, after work out( eggs are from my neighbor, he has 20 chickens running around in his yard, blue eggs) plus i take 6 "00" pills filled with dried Chaparral leaves, (creosote bush), 3 months later, my lvls are back to normal. he had to pay for my test, he lost. plus most of my food, i grow in aquaponic systems.

    Hi Markus & Hveragerthi.  I have recently been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism (I have all the symptoms) by my doctor and he wants to put me on a course of drugs.  I have had the symptoms since I was 6 years old and was known as the kid that would not smile.  It's not that I wouldn't, I just couldn't!  But I never knew what was wrong with me.  Now in my late thirties, the symptoms have become much worse.  I struggle with a lack of motivation and of course smiling. 
    At around 6PM daily I suddenly become normal and feel euphoric!  It's an amazing feeling when I'm normal but how can I feel this way throughout the day?  It's gotten so bad that I only venture out of the house in the evenings. What foods/herbs would you guys recommend? Thanks. TW.

    Fat in general doesn't make you fat, its the type of fats that are bad. Cooked, processed oils are hard for your body to assimilate as fuel so they clog up your gall ladder, arteries, etc.

    Hi @Markus Rothkranz the reason that chocolate stays hard on the shelf is not because of hydrogenated oils – raw cacao/cocoa butter is naturally solid at room temperature. Only cheap/fake 'chocolate' contains hydrogenated oils – but still contains some cocoa/cacao butter solids to maintain it's shape on the store shelves. 

    High quality chocolate will NEVER contain hydrogenated oils.  Ever.

    Should vegans/raw people go to a physician to test cholesterol? What levels should we have if eating raw or almost 100% raw? I thought we didn't have problems with heart attacks if raw and vegan! What do you do to not die of low cholesterol? This is all scary as I thought raw vegans didn't have to worry about this stuff–please expand on what to do. What would a doctor know probably nothing intelligent. I avoid them!
    Not related but the other day I had 12 eggs in one day, (local free range of course) I was so starving from juice fast, avocado or raw nuts probably would have been better or coconut milk, I was craving egg yolks, heard or read somewhere that humans can't digest eggs it's just an energy boost.

    All the dandelions are gone and out of season! No way to find lechitin.   Should you find lechitin in your greens formula or a product to clean out the artery plaque? I think there are some other ways to do this too. Will harvest them all next time.

    My home is the stress how do I get out of it? It's ugly, cheap and by the side of a busy road. I can't afford to move or I would tomorrow. Hoping for a gateway to open.  
    I'll live in my dream castle in Europe with olive trees in the yard. I found it on the internet but don't have money to pay for it or visit. My life can become a fairy tale not a mundane nightmare! It has been.

    Markus… please answer this. Last 3 days a was water fasting and after this my sisters noticed i've got yellow corners of my eyes (don't know if i had it before fasting) but I got it now. Should I be worried ? Do You know why is that ? I've read is something to do with the liver.

    I never hear anyone talk about the 90 minerals you need each day but dont get, it's always about the vitamins, so can you talk about staying away from things like meat with nitrates I know there are hormones but  arent nitrates even worse? also Fucoidan I hear is very good too

    Please tell me why my body should have 6000% or 3000% of anykind of minerals or vitamins, instead of 100%?
    Why should I overfeed my body with anything at all? Instead of balancing my diet to exactly what and how much my body needs?

    Hi Markus/James, I'm a very young 51 year old woman who has been in Menopause for 3 years now. My last blood work showed ( 0 ) Estrogen. I am sooo against hormone therapy so I'm wondering do you have any suggestions to help with my mood, skin, hair, depression and sex drive issues. I've had some extreme tragedy in my life in the last five years so I had blamed most of my health issues on that but still not sure if that's the cause.

    talking about the med diet, don't forget that Italians eat a lot of bitter vegetables that most nutritionist forget about. radicchio, for example, is on the table as salad with every meal and its mildly bitter.  people are taught this from early on.

    I really like James and the info he gives, but I'm still confused about the animal 'product' thing. I didn't say meat because I'm also talking about the fat from animals too.

    I see too many good results from people doing a keto diet to believe that eating a high animal fat diet isn't a healthy choice for some people.

    Nuts can be a serious allergen and some of us can have a tough time digesting even sprouted ones or the nut butters. The human brain being made of mostly fat is in fact an animal fat…since we are a type of animal. So why would our brain not need animal fat?

    I'm not trolling or trying to be a smart ass. I'm just trying to make sense of all of this since I do have the issue of estro dominance. It's a problem I'm trying to solve.

    I understand that the animal has its own hormones but humans, when we lived in the wild did not have tasty sweet fruit to eat. Most fruits had too many seeds for them to be enjoyable. Plus they weren't as sweet as they are now. Humans did that…hybridized them to taste good. They did it to greens and other veg as well.

    Any nuts had to be cracked open. How much time would that have taken to fill up on nuts that way? (That's rhetorical.)

    Green plants were bitter, to defend against being eaten. So humans would not have wanted to eat them either. They had to have eaten a high fat kind of diet and that would have had to come from animals.

    The fat along with the animal protein would have allowed for longer fasts and since they would have been hunters, that would have been an issue, since they had to depend on actually catching/killing the animal.

    I know we live in a different world now and we need to compensate as well as possible. But we have much of the same physiology proven by the effects we are having from all the processed junk many people are eating.

    I know that there are many vegans who are well and even look good, which I do think is an indication of health and not just a superficial thing, although I know it's not everything. But there are also many vegans who look emaciated even if they are eating plenty of whole real food. I see wasting in raw vegans.

    And on the flip side, there are those eating keto (high animal fat with lots of greens, no fruit, no grains) and they look way better than some vegans, moods are more even keel, etc.

    Of course there will be a lot of problems with animals from CAFOs. I'm talking about eating animals that are actually raised by a farmer who has their cows outside eating grass all the time. And chickens outside foraging and eating whatever it is they eat. Not feeding them GMO grains and soy, which are not digestible, particularly for the cows. But when the animals aren't being crowded into cages, shot up with hormones and anti-biotics and they are fed the things they are supposed to eat, you have a completely different animal and a whole different food source.

    I also want to mention that a grass fed cow is also much different than an organically fed cow. Organic in this sense just means the cow was fed organic grains and soy as opposed to GMO grains and soy. Grains and soy will mess up a cow's digestive system and one of the reasons conventional farmers need to give them anti-biotics. It causes a lot of havoc in the cows' stomachs.

    I am just not sure about this claim that meat causes cancer. Maybe the meat from CAFOs because of how they are fed, drugged and treated. But cancer was not a prevalent disease back when farmers were raising their animals the way they should be raised.

    I have been watching several videos now. So my question , is I have no female reproductive parts (due to early 27 age hysterectomy) now 45 I'm on estrogen cream due to elevated liver enzymes, Im not absorbing enough so they had to up my natural compound after testing saliva. The way it seems you are saying that to high estrogen is bad? I also have osteoporosis due to graves disease robbing my bones( normal now after radiation ). I feel tired all time I am on Levothyroxine and My diet is amazing cleaned up eating lots raw greens all day and tons water. plus I have double water filtration and let me mention stage 2 adrenal fatigue also on natural meds for this. Is the low estrogen the problem or is there something else I am missing. I feel better when my estrogen is up and normal.

    I pretty much agree with everything except on the issue of Oils especially Olive oil. There is just to much evidence on the negative effects of oils. Avacodos and nuts and seeds yes, Oils, I wouldn't chance it.
