Vitamin C Flush Benefits | Fasting Approved

C flush. Now this is something I recently did in a
3 day fast. And if your following me on Instagram you
sent me a lot of questions going what is a vitamin C flush. As a matter of fact if your not following
me over here on Instagram be sure to do so because when I do things like water fast and
dietary stuff I am always sharing it in my Instagram stories. So a lot of people so I did a vitamin c flush
on the 3rd day of my water fast and they were wondering why did you do that? What was the purpose of it? Lets go and discuss what a vitamin C flush
is and how you can use it. First of all when we look at a vitamin C flush
basically what it is your taking vitamin c until you reach saturation point and then
it cleanses out the body. You can use it if your feeling run down, so
lets say you have a lot of fatigue going on not feeling well. You can use a vitamin C flush there to kind
of give you a boost. If you find like you are starting to get sick,
lets say your getting the flu, a bacterial infection, a viral infection, your getting
something going on so using a vitamin C flush is powerful here too. Then lastly you can use it at as a gut cleanse,
and that’s how I used it. I specifically used it as a gut cleanse while
fasting, so the 3rd day of my water fast I did a vitamin c flush, and I will tell you
how to do it in a minute. The reason for that is because you want to
cleanse out those pathogens and candida all that stuff in your gut and its much more susceptible
to being cleansed out of the gut on the 3rd day of a water fast versus on a regular day
where your going about eating and everything else. So anyway using the vitamin C flush with the
fast combines is very powerful. And let me tell you I have seen the vitamin
c flush really flush some nasty stuff out of people over the years on a water fast. So lets go ahead and talk about now how to
do it. First of all your going to begin in the morning,
your going to wake up in the morning your going to start taking vitamin c, your going
to use a powder vitamin c your going to take 1000-2000 mg of vitamin C every hour. Now here is the deal when you look at that
vitamin C you essentially what your going to want to do is be taking more of it if you
are someone who is sick. So if you have something going on your body
will take more to reach that bowel saturation point. So one to two thousand mg of vitamin c hourly,
your going tot repeat it hourly until you reach that bowel saturation it gives you watery
stool. And that doesn’t just mean you have bowel
movement it means you actually have watery stool. Once you have reached the point where you
have watery stool you stop the vitamin c at that point is over. So anyway its really powerful for cleansing
the gut and that’s how I was using it. I was suing it while fasting, I was using
it on the last day of my fast and then from there it just helped cleanse everything out
and the last thing I wanted to mention you want to use a specific type of vitamin c. You want to use a buffered vitamin c and I
will go ahead and put a link in the description below. The reason you want to use a buffered one
because its not going to be as acidic its not going to be as harsh on the gut. You might get away with it if your someone
who is not fasting but especially if your using it while fasting you definitely want
to use that buffered vitamin C because your gut is just been healing and there has been
a lot of change in the gut. We want to make sure we go in gently and that
buffered Vitamin C is going to help us do that. Now you can also do this while eating you
do not have to this while fasting you can do it any day of the week and you can do it
while eating. I prefer to do it at the end or the last day
of the fast. I will put that buff vitamin C in the description,

    I did twice last year before I started Keto…. Thanks for reminding me about it… Since October I don’t lose any weight( nor gain)…. I think this will start my fat loss again, because I’ve tried many things and my weight just stays put, I’m that insulin resistant…..

    ……and remember, animals in the wild make copious amounts of vitamin C either in the liver or kidneys, we humans and lower primates on the other hand make no vitamin and must consume grams of it daily to prevent things like Cardiovascular disease, (aka Low Grade Scurvy). Flush or no flush, take your C daily !

    One more thing…..

    Glucose competes with Vitamin C for absorption, so if you have chronically high blood sugar from a grain-based, carb-heavy diet, your absorption rates will be low. Eating healthy without overloading on the carbs allows blood sugar levels to stabilize, and maximizes Vitamin C absorption.

    Not a big fan of synthetic vitamins. Can I use a whole food based vitamin C (complex) supplement instead of buffered ascorbic acid?

    You have explained something in a scientific manner that I've been practicing (apart from the fasting bit) as folk medicine for all sorts of ailments. I'm keen to give the Vitamin C Flush a try for even better results.

    This is synthetic Vitamin C as you know b/c it is only Ascorbic Acid instead of the complex one
    Why only the synthetic one is for flushing?😊
    In the link below I couldn't see the full ingredients of this powder as I wanted to see the amounts of other ingredients
    I have looked at similar product from Throne I see the least amount in the formula is potassium* K*
    Don't we need potassium more than all the other minerals?

    These high doses of vitamin c oral ingested can kill you by destroying your colon! Don't try this. If you want high doses do them intravenous!

    After watching this video, I decided to try a buffered Vitamin C flush. I need to admit that I was afraid about this. I do coffee enemas and I am fine with that, but expecting any discomfort from my stomach was different feeling. I was afraid about how much Vitamin C I may need to ingest to get the watery stool. But the process came better than expected. Thanks Dr for all your advices.

    Dr zyrowski shop you see this as beneficial to sibo sufferers? I know a good cleanse is beneficial in to the gut in general, but will it help sibo ?

    Nice video; however, I have experienced the same results in the past using a conventional salt water flush (2 teaspoons of rock salt in 32 ounces of warm water with some lemon to improve taste) 2 days after a 14-day water only fast (experienced constipation after the extended fast). Had considerable watery, loose bowel movements (3x) 30 minutes after taking the salt water solution. Could this be a safer, logical (and cheaper) alternative to your Vitamin C flush? Hoping for your kind response to this query. Thanks.

    I don´t believe, that candida can or should be cured this way; oregano-oil for example is good for fighting candida, but first I would always suggest doing an analysis of the gut flora, because in most cases it is dysbiotic; so first this has to be fixed, later it´s time for cadida elimination.

    Do you need to supplement vitamin C on longer prolonged water fasts, 25 days up to even 125 days? if so what form should that come in?

    I just did a vitamin c flush. I took 1teaspoon every 15mins in 6oz of water for the first hour. In the second hour I increased dosage to 2 teaspoons and 6oz of water. However I nearly died at 45mins into the second hour. I violently vomitted and began gasping for air. It was horrible. I have done it before abt 4years ago and was fine. Can someone please tell me what went wrong? I vomitted all of the vitamin c back up. That was one scary experience – I had to continually pour cold water over my face and my eyes were bloodshot red.
    The back of my throat is burning.

    I did this flush yesterday Saturday 30/06/2019 and if you have been eaten healthy all your life like me I would NOT recommend this flush, I would rather do the liver cleaning method by Moritz again. Please see my comments below 👇👇👇👇👇👇

    Background: I don't have thyroid gland (I take levotiroxine daily), I had the gallbladder removed 7 years ago, and I have hiatus hernia.
    My blood pressure is normal 11/7 usually. My sugar levels are good. My liver function is normal as well.

    I was on keto diet + intermitent fasting 12-8 on 2 meals a day for 2 weeks, prior the 2 days water fasting, after those 2 days this is what I did:
    6.00 AM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    6.30 AM a few orange solid stools (the vitamin C gives them that colour)
    7.00 AM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    8.00 AM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    8.20 AM a few orange solid stools
    9.00 AM a few orange solid stools
    9.00 AM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    9.40 AM a few orange solid stools
    9.48 AM very few orange solid stools
    10.00 AM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    10.06 AM very few orange solid stools
    11.00 AM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    11.20 AM very few orange solid stools
    12.20 PM 1 tablespoon vitamin C in water (2.000 mg)
    12.30 PM Watery stools
    14.00 PM I had steamed broccoli+spinach+kale+carrot and boiled sweet potato
    14.30 PM More watery stools

    In total 14.000 mg of Vitamin C, 7 teaspoons.

    On my 3rd Vitamin C intake I started to get gastroesophageal reflux, constant a headache all day and all night, low sugar level and low blood pressure, dizziness, shore throat with minor lost of my voice, the rest of the day I was really down, the reflux continued all day since the 3rd glass, a little liver pain, no strength and really tired.

    Today Sunday I feel like sh*t, and tired, no headaches but my stomach is very funny. I saw on another video that you have to continue drinking Vitamin C the amount is as follows 7 teaspoon x 0.75= 5.25/3= 1.75 teaspoons morning, afternoon and evening. Well I only took one today the morning one, I started to loose my voice again and having low blood pressure.

    Truly if the aim of this flush is to clear the gut I would rather do the one I mentioned liver cleaning by Moritz but do some research in case you have any condition that may not be for you. I did it to try to remove the little stones on my gallbladder and I managed to get rid of only one but my liver was reset to CERO, like new, there you see some very nasty stuff cause you are cleaning all the bile that comes out in shape of green mod…

    This flush is not for me, if you are happy go for it, but I would recommend not doing the 2 day water fast and rather eat clean for a week and the previous day eat as little as possible.

    Took about 6hrs. before I 💩. I started out like he said and went every hour and drank the formula. After 4hrs I watched another video and they said every 15 minutes drink a tablespoon full. Tried that until I got the bubble guts. It definitely spead up the process when consuming the formula every 15 minutes and using at least 1 tablespoon for each drink.

    Will it be as affective at the end of a mimicking diet fast? I am on day 4 of this and was planning to do it tomorrow morning! Would it be just as beneficial or should I do a water fast in a week or so?
