Another thing is, If you decrease the amount of sweets and sugar consumed then the frequency of infections will decrease. Now is this infection contagious. Can you spread it to your partner? But if someone has an infection and you are having protected or unprotected intercourse then you can transmit it to your partner and the partner may also have the same symptoms of itching or redness or discharge.
