Do you have excess vaginal discharge? Take
it with these 5 natural remedies. To control the excess vaginal discharge we
can combine the use of topical treatments with the intake of some home remedies that
help us regulate it. Vaginal fluids are normal in women and, in
fact, although for some it is uncomfortable, they are very necessary. Normal flow is responsible for keeping the
intimate area protected from external agents, and prevents the development of infections
or fungi. In addition, it plays a very important role
in sexual life, as it acts as a natural lubricant to achieve more pleasurable intimate relationships. This is characterized by having a transparent
color that, in some, may vary in white or yellowish tones ; It does not have a strong
smell and does not generate itching or other discomfort. The problem occurs when there is some type
of alteration, either because it occurs in excessive quantities or because it suddenly
changes color and smell. This can result from a bacterial or yeast
infection , which is caused by alterations in the pH of the vagina. Fortunately, there are several remedies of
natural origin that, due to their properties, control this condition and reduce secretions
considerably. 1. Natural yogurt and honey. Natural yogurt with probiotics is one of the
most recommended remedies for alterations that affect the health of the vagina. Contains live cultures that increase the production
of healthy bacteria in the intimate area to reduce the level of infection. In turn, it alters the environment that microorganisms
need to proliferate and, in turn, minimizes flow production. Ingredients. 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt (25 gram);
1 teaspoon of honey (7.5 gram). Preparation. Combine natural yogurt with honey and apply
it around the vaginal area. Let it act 5 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Use it once a day, every day. Optionally, consume a glass of yogurt to strengthen
the immune system. 2. Mango seed. The mango seed contains antibacterial and
antifungal agents that help control infections that cause changes in vaginal discharge. Its external application eliminates bad odor
and regulates the bacterial flora to achieve a quick relief of these problems. Ingredients. 1 tablespoon ground mango seed (10 gram);
3 tablespoons of water (30 ml). Preparation. Grind a dry mango seed and, after obtaining
a spoonful, mix it with water. Get a thick paste and rub it on the outer
areas of the vagina to stop the secretions. Use it twice a day to control the infection. 3. Rice water. The natural rice drink contains starches and
has emollient properties that are useful to combat the irritation and itching caused by
infections in the vagina . Its topical use controls the excessive segregation
of flows and, in turn, eliminates strong odors and inflammation. Ingredients. 6 tablespoons of rice (120 gram);
3 glasses of water (600 ml). Preparation. Add the rice in a pot with water and cook
for 10 minutes. After this time, filter the liquid and use
it to wash the outer areas of the vagina. As a complement you can drink a glass of rice
water a day. 4. Apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is one of the most effective
popular remedies for decontrol in the pH of the vagina. Its acetic acid controls yeast infections
and creates a protective barrier against the harmful agents that cause diseases. It has antimicrobial and antifungal properties
that control the activity of microorganisms to reduce secretions. Ingredients. ½ cup of apple cider vinegar (125 ml);
3 cups of water (750 ml). Preparation. Dilute apple cider vinegar in warm water and
use it to rinse the outer areas of the intimate area.
Repeat the bath twice a day if you consider it necessary.
If you like, add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and consume
it as a complement to the treatment. 5. Turmeric and milk. The antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties
that turmeric provides can be used as a solution against conditions that alter the production
of vaginal fluids. It is very soft with the delicate skin of
the intimate area and, after being applied, promotes the balance of its pH. Ingredients. 1 spoonful of turmeric powder (10 gram);
3 tablespoons of milk (30 ml). Preparation. Moisten the turmeric with the tablespoons
of milk and massage the outer parts of the vagina with the resulting paste.
Repeat its use twice a day until the infection is controlled.
The use of any of these remedies provides interesting benefits in decreasing excessive
flow. However, if the symptom becomes recurrent,
it is best to consult the doctor.
