SARAH HAUER: Hi. I’m Sarah Hauer. SIG HAUER:
And I’m Sig Hauer, and we’re professional practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine.
SARAH HAUER: We’re here on behalf of Expert Village. SIG HAUER: And welcome to our video.
SARAH HAUER: So, now we’re going to move up to the liver. So, we’re at 11, 10… SIG HAUER:
So, the Back Shu point of the liver is at thoracic vertebra number 9, number 9. SARAH
HAUER: There we are, T9. Doing okay, Gina? GINA: It feels great. SIG HAUER: And at these
points, we need to be very careful about depth and angle because if you go in too deep on
a point like this in a straight manner, then there are thus some dangers of, for example,
pneumothorax where you puncture the lung lining and the lung can collapse. We are very, very
careful about this. SARAH HAUER: Don’t try this at home. SIG HAUER: Yeah, it’s–this
is not for amateurs, only trained professionals.
