Cellulite is a condition when your skin appears to be lumpy and dimpled just like a dried orange peel or cottage cheese. You can usually see it appear on your butt or your thighs or even your hands, but here’s a catch! Anyone can have cellulite whether they are thin, fat, old, young just anybody! There is no specific reason for the appearance of cellulite, but I guess it’s for when your hormones go haywire like when you hit puberty or when you indulge in a lot of junk food like a lot of burgers and chips and especially when we have all those festive seasons your besan ka ladoo and your barfi and all that oily stuff is consumed and then it’s right there sitting there while you’re watching TV. And there’s no form of exercise, and that’s when your cellulite is formed. Also wearing tight clothes too often restricts and limits your blood circulation thereby causing cellulite! So here’s my sister and she has cellulite, and I don’t think she has a problem with that but if you have a problem with your dimple thighs then here are some remedies to reduce the appearance of cellulite easily! [drybrushing] increases blood circulation And it gives the toxins that are stored on your thighs or the areas where you have cellulite a way out. So you should always choose a dry brush that has natural Bristles like this. The coffee wrap is a really popular home remedy. That’s all over the internet and my friends have tried it. It’s actually effective so I’m going to show you a quick way of how to do it at home you a quick way of how to do it at home! All you need is [1/2] a cup of coffee and a little bit olive oil Mix it really well to form a nice paste and microwave it for 20 second. So I already have mine ready, and I’m going to go ahead and apply it on my hand but technically you’re supposed to apply it on the error that you have cellulite. So you need to massage this mixture properly in circular motions for 5 minutes and after you’re done with that tightly wrap this area with cling wrap and leave it on for 30 minutes and just chill After 30 minutes just remove the cling wrap and wash it off with warm water do this twice a week, and you’ll see the improvement! If you’re lazy, and if you have cellulite then this remedy is just for you! All you need is one part of apple cider vinegar and 2 parts of water, a little bit of honey is fine. Make it a paste Apply it on your affected areas and leave it on for 30 minutes, and wash it off with lukewarm water that’s it! If you want instant results do this daily and be consistent with it. Another great home remedy that’s really effective is tomato juice and lemon. Tomatoes help break down all the fat thereby reducing cellulite So you need 1/4 cup of tomato juice and add a teaspoon of lemon to it mix it to form a paste apply for 15 to 20 minutes and after that wash it off with lukewarm water, do this once a week and you’re good to go! I have some more tips to share with you guys Drink lots of water drink lots of green tea and go for massages it’s the best excuse to pamper yourself! Moisturize regularly, do not wear tight clothes too often and you can have a junk food but then make sure that you exercise because if you exercise then there’ll be no cellulite! Try any of these home remedies and you will see a visible reduction in the appearance of your dimpled skin, also it’s a great alternative to all those expensive treatments and don’t bother so much about cellulite because even Kim Kardashian Has it so it’s okay!
