Hi everyone! Today I’m going to show you how to make your own anti cellulite products! For the coffee scrub bar you’ll need a muffin tin or mold, fresh coffee grounds, coconut oil, a bowl and a spoon. Measure 1 cup of coconut oil and add it to the bowl. Microwave until it’s melted. Now, measure 1 cup of coffee grounds and add it to the melted coconut oil while stirring. Pour your mixture into the muffin tin or mold. These measurements make 4 large bars. Let harden in the freezer or fridge and then pop them out of the mold. These solid scrub bars will keep up to a week in the fridge and longer in the freezer. Use in the shower and make circular movements on your wet skin to buff away those dimples while also moisturizing your skin! For the coffee infused lotion, I’m using a recipe from The Makeup Dummy, but with a different base oil. You’ll need fresh coffee grounds, sunflower oil, coconut oil, aloe vera gel, measuring spoons and a jar with lid. You’ll also need a blender, coffee filter, double boiler setup, spoon and bowl. Boil some water in your big pot. In the meantime, measure 1/2 cup of sunflower oil and pour it into the smaller pot. Place your small pot with the oil in your bigger pot and let your oil heat up. Measure 1/4 cup coffee grounds and add to the warm oil, while stirring. Let sit on low heat for about an hour. Your oil is now infused with coffee. Strain it using a coffee filter. This takes quite a while, so it’s best to just go and do something else and check back. Measure 1/2 cup of aloe vera gel and add it to the coffee infused oil. Now measure 1/4 cup coconut oil in solid form and add it to the mixture as well. Pour everything into a blender and blend. Depending on the temperature when you’re making it, it’ll be the consistency of lotion or a bit more liquid. Pour your mixture into your container. The lotion will keep up to two weeks in the fridge. It smells amazing and it’s a real treat for your skin! It can even make it look slightly bronzed. Massage it in well to enjoy the full benefits. Thank you so much for watching!
