I DO RECOMMEND WEARING SUN SCREEN. SPECIFICALLY AN, SPF30 BECAUSE THAT WILL FILTER OUT ABOUT 97% OF THE RAYS. ANY HIGHER YOU CAN BUT IT’LL ONLY BE A SMALL DIFFERENCE.
