My #1 Pick Essential Oil for Hair Growth and Scalp Health

September 9, 2019

Hi guys. Today’s video I’m going to talk
to you about my number one go to essential oils. I do have an arsenal of essential oils
and in the future I will show you what I have used them for. What I’ve done with them.
But we’re going to cover the number one essential oil that I go to. First thing that comes across
my mind and it is Oreganol P 73. It has to say P 73. see that right there? P73? This
is by the Herb and Spice Company. Yes just want to make sure. Because Vitamin Shoppe
also does a knock off and they also have p73 on it. See the P73? You can find this in Vitamin
Shoppe you can find this in GNC you can find this on Amazon you can find this in the health
food store. I am an avid health food store natural foods junkie. How did I come across
this oil and what exactly did I use it for? Remind me in a comments below if you’re interested
in another video I’ll show you how to use this same oil and another carrier oil to lessen
or stave off hyperpigmentation. This oil is my liquid gold. When I tell you this is my
liquid gold…this is my liquid gold. When this thing is done I will gladly plop down
another $25 to $30 for this small bottle of this oil. Now I am NOT a doctor. I am NOT a trichologist.
I’m not a cosmetologist. I’m just sharing with you the things I have used on my journey
and what has worked for me. Funny thing about all these oils is that you can put this stuff
on your body. Or let’s say you put it on your body and your body’s like no I don’t
want it and you put on your scalp and it works. Or you put on your scalp and your scalp is
like look don’t put this here again and you may  put this somewhere else on your
body and it works wonderfully. Everybody is different. I can share with you my perspectives,
my ideas and the things that I have used that works for me. Take the  information play
with it. See what works for you what doesn’t work for you. If you use anything here I am
NOT prescribing anything. And I know this is a huge disclaimer. I am not prescribing
anything but anything that you do and you venture out (I have to put that in there)
venture out to do and it  doesn’t work for you, you have to take the proper actions in
accordance to that alright.   I’m going to change the subject here. This hairstyle
is a top knot with a bang and this is a headband. I’m going to turn around for you. That’s the
side view. Here’s the back view. I’m hoping you’re seeing it’s the back. Yes side view.
It’s a very stacked hairstyle. I think I might need  to move closer so you can see.
And the front view. So you see the knot. You see the bang is curved to the side. Headband
here. Headband. Same headband. Ok now. Back to this oil. Alright when I was having serious
problems with my scalp I was trying to get down to the bottom of why my scalp. .. I was
scratching my hair out. Your hair follicles can become infected and it can be clogged
and dirty. Certain Types of products certain types of shampoos can clog your scalp. Now
at the time I had a Brazilian primary care physician he was a regular MD and he
also was from Brazil so he believed in the natural products and stuff and I experimented
for me. He told me certain vitamins or certain things to ingest, which I did and I look for
to work from the outside in and I was working from the inside out and I wanted to work from
the outside in so they can come together and meet. And this is what I came across Oreganol
p73. This is Oregano. Wild Mediterranean oregano grown wild. I don’t remember what country.
I don’t remember what country. I’ll put in the details in the blog later on on that.
Umm And this oil not only was it wild it’s already in a carrier oil of olive oil but
this thing is so potent  sometimes for you depending on you and what you can stand or
take you may have to dilute it further. Now I had my infected areas that I kept scratching
out and it was troubling me. I didn’t know if I had some type of yeast infection. This
thing is claimed to aid or prevent or get rid of ringworm. Just like tea tree oil.  Umm
Some people have used it to put drops on their athlete’s foot feet whatever. Some
people gargle with this. Some people…listen when I have when I tell you this is my go
to oil this is my liquid gold I have used this for a plethora of things. I’ll share
it with you I’ll share that  with you in later videos. Now now what happen with this
oil it that I would put it in the infected area. Sometimes you  put things in the infected
area and your area is just so damaged or sickly that you have an adverse reaction to it. I’m
not sure if it’s a cleansing process. I don’t know. You have to play with that and
see. Anyway, when you put this oil on straight from the bottle. I put it in the infected
areas. This thing is strong because whenever i put it on… I put it in infected areas
and massage it in. I didn’t wash it out I just left it in. And I would go places
and you you talk to people, meet people, sometimes people say “I don’t know I get this overwhelming
smell of pizza. It just smells like pizza.” And that’s the oregano that you smell in
pizza. It smells just like that. I would massage it in and then I would steam. Some people
steam to condition. I was steaming more for a deep type of penetrative type of application
of whatever I put on it. Because my scalp really does not like steaming and I have another
video for you on steaming and I’ll show to show you what I do when I steam and what reasons
I steam for. And this, you would get this crawly sensation and heat like you wanted
to scratch. It’s just that potent. But whatever was troubling my scalp at that point it stopped.
I steamed once a week with this oil and my scalp just started to get better and it
whatever infection or whatever problems I had it cured it. At that time I did not
have locs. I had natural hair and I was coming out of a relaxer and what happen is when I
went to another dermatologist he told me that I umm my scalp was infected because when I
used to get  relaxers it burned… when you’re getting relaxes and your hair is burning that
that product is getting into your scalp and can cause infection and breeding of bacteria
or whatever. And I’m saying whatever. I’m not being super technical and then it can
give you grief or problems. So I had used that to disinfect it. And after that I had
no problems with that issue and the hair grew back. It grew back thick. It grew back lush.
Since then I have always kept this in my arsenal of essential oils. So I’m sharing this with
you today. It is a beautiful oil. It is an expensive oil but I believe it’s worth it.
And that’s it. That same oil with a different carrier oil you can use too cosmetically.
Alright guys so I have another video for you. I will slowly drip out recipes and remedies
that I have used with these oils and other carrier oils. And take it in, share with me
how it works for you and how it didn’t work for you. I just like the feedback within the
community. Alright guys anyway I see you all in the next video and always remember to trust
your beauty and own it!  Peace!

F.Y.I. – The food grade wild oregano oil is amazing for boosting your immune system. Your information is new to me and I'll be trying some on my very thin, dry hair, so thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Something that's helped up to this point is a product line called Panagenics, which is actually for very expensive show dogs. I was very skeptical at first, but am now a lifelong customer. It's a different sort of cleansing – conditioner used the night before on dry hair and left in, shampoo the next day onto dry hair and then the hydrating spray after getting out of the shower or bath. What was revealed in the YouTube infomercial is that the acidity or alkalinity of your water is pretty critical and that distilled water works best for achieving optimal hair quality according to whatever genetic traits already exist in your family line. My gray is lightening to a lovely silver and I'm not losing bunches of hair anymore.

Your hair is beautiful. Well done.

Just bought my second bottle Alhamdulilaah ..I use it as a cold remedy… But last month I was making a spray for my hair with nettles and rosemary and didn't have any vitamin E for a preservative. I thought to myself, Oregano oil. I also add it to my coconut oil to pull with. Love your videos. Love your sister locks Baaraka Allaah Alayk ?

Hey PR. Presently , I am doing oils and butters, mostly from Africa and the Amazon area. For my scalp (I do not use oil on my hair except my ends) I am using Babassu oil and emu oil these days. both are excellent and quickly absorbed.
