    In regards to the tricep pushup: how much weight do you think a 10lb. medicine ball can hold in that manner? I'm afraid to break mine, but I'm only 165lbs. Should I worry about it busting?

    I tried that at the gym a while ago and I feel great! I did 2 circles and it took me 20'. Now that I see it again, I made some mistakes, but next time I'll do it better.

    Thanks for making this video! Definitely getting a medicine ball.

    *If I may, I would offer one super tiny suggestion on your rolling squats, (and this might be because you were talking for camera) but training with your chin tucked against your chest on the way down will help reduce risk of hitting the back of your head on an actual fall backwards. A good habit to get into.

    I simply cannot do the Rolling Squats exercise, so I just did the squat portion of the exercise. The pushups are tough, with the triceps pushups being very BRUTAL!
