Is Lemon Juice Good For Candida?

August 22, 2019

Thank you for checking out my video. I’m going
to talk about lemon juice. Lemon juice and yeast infection. Lemon juice is very, very
good to take on a regular basis if you have Candida. But even if you don’t have Candida,
it’s fantastic to take in because it helps to support very good digestive health.
Small amounts of lemon juice are good to take, particularly, I find in the morning. They
help to support protein digestion and also fat digestion by stimulating the stomach to
help produce various enzymes and acids. This is a very clever thing to do. The regular
consumption of lemon juice is also found to inhibit many different kinds of parasites
in the body, and it will also favorably adjust the pH of the digestive system. These are
all very good things to do. Lemon juice is found to be cleansing, anti-inflammatory
and immune boosting. And not only that, it goes further. Lemon juice is found because
of its citric acid content to help to reduce a person’s chances of developing cancer over
their lifetime. There are many studies in Italy and Germany
and America that support this now. Everybody really should plant a lemon tree. They’re
fantastic to have. They’re not acidic. They’re in fact alkaline. Lemon juice when taken internally
is an alkalizing agent. The other citrus juices, however, are acidifiers
like oranges and grapefruits. The regular addition of lemon juice to your diet is very
clever if you want to help cleanse the body, stimulate and support the immune system, and
rejuvenate the digestive system. I’m a quite a big fan of recommending my clients to have
the juice of anywhere from a half of a lemon to a whole lemon per day. It’s great in salad
dressing. It’s good to help marinate your foods. It’s good as a beverage. It’s also
even just good to wash your hands with because it’s quite cleansing.
There are many uses for lemon. People have used lemon for hundreds of years for cleansing
and alkalizing. Go out, buy some lemons, and try to include them on a regular basis as
part of your Candida cleansing regime. Thank you for tuning in.

I enjoy about one lemon per day, mostly in a salad dressing. I now appreciate a small amount straight (undiluted). I love it. Thank you for your tip, Eric.

Water w/Lemon juice seems to give me really dry skin especially underneath my eyes… quite specifically it causes a fissue in the skin usually along the lines where my dark circles are… any thoughts on that? :s Tastes great though and is great way to flavour water… if only it didn't seem to be damaging to me!

What about theb probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii? some sites claim this type of yeast can actually give you a yeast infection? I was taking it a couple weeks and it improved my acid reflux/diarrhea issues alot but got hardly any sleep taking it and made my excema a lot worse… so I had to bin it. not sure if it was candida die off reaction or what as a lot of websites say it kills candida…

Hi, I suffer from oral thrush only on my tongue, it does not hurt or smell bad but my tongue is coated with a white keratin like substance. I was prescribed with nystatin but after 3 weeks it hardly changed the appearance of the tongue. today I put some lemon juice on my tongue and after 5 min the whole tongue began excreting a white slime that could be scraped away! very sticky and oily. i tried to clear the tongue with this lemon juice but after a while the whole tongue looked like a mess, just like when you smear something on a glass surface,, so I stopped immediately… question , should I continue the lemon treatment of stop all together ? This is the only time I have seen something come loose from the tongue.
