How To Stop Candida or Yeast Overgrowth – Alexandra Jamieson

August 19, 2019

Hi, My biggest health issue is Yeast overgrowth,
I’m on a Rx called Difuxcan. I know this is caused by sugar and carb addiction. It is
such a struggle for me I see progress but then I eat sugar again or bread and I’m in
the same boat..Angie * How to get rid of yeast
* Yeast in the body thrive on sugar – so you have to remove all added sugars from your
diet: white sugar, maple, honey, agave, and all other added “natural sugars”
* Fruit, beets and carrots, grains and dairy, Alcohol AND vinegar
* Move to a diet of healthy, lean & clean proteins – make
sure you’re eating enough, non-starchy vegetables
like greens, and a few sweet root veggies like a small amount of sweet potato and some
seasonal pumpkins and winter squash. * I take double doses of probiotics, the healthy
bacteria we need more of, before breakfast AND bed
* You can also add OIL OF OREGANO in medicinal doses to your diet – find it at the health
food store * It can take a few months to get your body
back in balance – so get a support system to help you stick with it!

This diet is incorrect. You can't cut out sugar because it's energy. What would ap erson listening to this go and eat now? Chicken? Kale?. How would they get enough calories? I think carrots as recommended by the SCD diet should not be avoided..and actually provide energy without the starch or fruit sugars.  I get a couple of kilos a day and eat white meat several hours apart and this helps with lots of leafy greens.  It certainly is boring in comparison with rice and fruit, but SCD has a lot of testimonials. Maybe answer with what this person needs to base their diet on to give a real reason. No fruit, No grains. ok so what can they eat?
