One, two, three, four, five, and relax. Massage up and down here, one, two, three, four. Massage strong enough so
that you feel the friction. Three, four, five. With your fists, and
massage it inward, one, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five. And massage up and down this time, one, two, three, four, five, one, two, three, four, five. Push it in and breathe in again and breathe out through your mouth. In and out. (loud exhale) One. (loud exhale) Two. (loud exhale) Three. (loud exhale) Four. Push strongly. You will feel the
