    Thank you for this video. Would it not be more effective to let it sit for around 15-20 mins then let it steep in warm water for a further 15-20 mins before consuming?

    You can also eat the garlic raw with a sandwich. Doesn't need to be in water. once it sits in your stomach the water in your stomach is already warm and the distribution takes place.
