How to Cure Corner Lip Cracks

August 25, 2019

How to Cure Corner Lip Cracks. Cracks at the corners of your lips are unsightly,
not to mention painful. Cure corner lip cracks rapidly with these
proven therapies. You will need Medicated ointment Milk Vitamin
B supplements Bleach Vitamin E capsules and antifungal or antibiotic medication (optional). Step 1. Keep your lips clean and dry in order to keep
fungus, a common cause of corner lip cracks, at bay. Brush your teeth after eating and drinking
anything but water. Step 2. Avoid licking your lips or biting the corners
of your mouth, which can cause cracks and make them worsen. Encourage babies and toddlers with corner
lip cracks to stop sucking their thumbs. Step 3. Apply an over-the-counter medicated lip ointment
(not a balm) frequently throughout the day. Ask a doctor or pharmacist about a topical
antifungal cream or an antibiotic medication if you have a particularly bad, or recurring,
case. Step 4. Drink cow’s milk to benefit from enzymes in
the milk that can help ward off crack-causing bacteria. Step 5. Bump up your vitamin B1 and B12 intake, which
helps prevent corner lip cracks and helps your immune system fight off the bacteria
faster when you do get cracks. Step 6. Soak dentures in a 10-to-one part solution
of water to household bleach to disinfect them. Step 7. Break vitamin E gel capsules open with a sterilized
needle and apply the liquid to the lesions. This will help the lesions heal more quickly
and have you looking like new in no time. Did you know Kevin Crossman, founder of Lip

If you up your consumption of protein and fat, especially from animal foods, and, minimize consumption of acids and simple carbohydrates(sugars, fruits, yogurt, confections, starches, etc), the cracks should heal up.
The cracks are caused by imbalance in your diet. Too much carbohydrates and acids. I can make it happen, and I can heal it, purely with simple fundamental diet.

just a few years ago yes they did teach you in school that this casme from lacking proteins and vitamins, but they have been telling people for years to take vitamins and nothing changes. Its a simple solution. ask your doctor for clotrimazole because they r now finding that it is a fungal infection. just put clotrimazole and i guarantee you they will go away within days. the vitamins wont do a thing *nurrsing student, live in a medical household, experience*

There are a few things for treating angular cheilitis at home
Honey: Honey works well in fighting the infection-causing microorganisms. Apply it on the angular cheilitis and leave for 15 minutes. This may also be used with cucumber.
Aloe Vera Gel: For alleviating and treating the pain of angular cheilitis, rubbing aloe vera on the cracked corners of the mouth also can be helpful. Refrigerate a leaf of aloe vera prior to applying it on the affected area. Rub it for several minutes and let it dry for at least 15 minutes before washing it . This is a natural treatment for angular cheilitis.
plenty of water, so that you do not develop chapped and dry lips, which eventually develop cracks. Keep the body hydrated by consuming ten or more glasses of water each day to cure cracked lips.
Cocoa Butter: To get rid of dry lips and avoiding the problem of chapped lips, cocoa butter is a great moisturizer. Apply a small amount of natural cocoa butter, twice or thrice per day on the affected area, for treating angular cheilitis.
