Clean Hands Help Prevent the Flu

November 8, 2019

Try and avoid
sneezing into your hand because
you just contaminate them and then spread those germs
everywhere. Focus on sneezing
into your elbow like this, and then you don’t contaminate
your hands. Turn on the water,
wet your hands, apply a good amount of soap,
and lather up, and then focus on washing
your hands for about 20 seconds, about the time it takes
to sing “Happy Birthday” twice. Focus on washing the front
of your hands, the back, in between the fingers,
around the nails, and so on, and then rinse everything off. Use something to wipe your hands
after that, preferably something disposable,
like a paper towel, and then use that
to turn off the tap, as well. If you get a chance,
use that to also open the door to the bathroom
as you’re leaving. The best way to wash your hands
is using running water and soap. But sometimes
we don’t have that available, so think about carrying with you
a hand sanitizer. That should have at least
60% alcohol content. For more information, visit… Or call…

The hand model left the water running on high for 20 seconds while she lathered her hands. Is that necessary?

If humans got infected by a zombie plague what would you call the soldiers in gas mask and weapons that go in and take out the zombies. Like those guys in the white suits in the movie Quarantine?

CDC people, modify the video , and instruct people to close the faucet while rubing hands and nails! what a waist of water!!!

Please don't let the water keep running while you are applying the soap. This will help to:
    a) save water
    b) help you focus on applying the soap properly for a sufficient duration

Cleaning your hands is a reducer not a fix. Cover your hands in ketchup then walk to bathroom wash your hands. Opening and closing doors as you normally would. Then return to kitchen. How much ketchup is still on your hands???

Vitamin d cures the flu. Your body uses vitamin d to make AMP's which destroy viruses, bacteria, and cancer cells. The cofactors needed are magnesium and boron which can be obtained from leafy greens and nuts or seeds. Symptoms can be eliminated as quickly as 30 minutes.

I have not suffered from the flu for six years. I got the flu but I was not bedridden, did not get a cough, just a runny nose for a couple of days. This is the result of having a strong immune system, one that quickly reacts to the virus and produces antibodies. I take a partially de-oderized garlic oil pill with every meal, three times a day. My breath does not smell, my pores do not smell. 5 bucks buys me enough for three months. It clears up other ailments too. Nobody says it doesnt work!

I wonder if it's necessary to keep the water running while washing hands with soap.

Islam commands us to wash hands before and after eating. After going to bath room. And after being awake. And before each prayer (5 prayers a day), we should wash hands to forearm, and  wash face and feet and wipe the head . Islam is a great religion.
