Can Candida Cleanse Cause Insomnia?

August 28, 2019

Greetings. Eric Bakker. Thanks for coming back. In 2015, I did a video on insomnia and candida. I’ll put the link below, so you can click
on that and have a look at that video. The video’s got some good hints and tips in
it. I, also, explain about the two major types
of insomnia, sleep onset insomnia and the sleep maintenance insomnia … falling asleep
and waking up in the early hours of the morning. I’ve certainly seen links with both of these
types of sleeping problems and candida. Definitely check out the video in the description
box below, and have a look at that one after you’ve seen this one, to give you a good idea. I think this video is quite important because
I like to drive the point home to people about how blooming important sleep is, all right? As I mentioned, in my 2015 video, I couldn’t
care less how little gluten you eat, or how perfect your diet is, if your sleep is crap
you might as well eat cardboard and drink sump oil for all I care, because it makes
no difference at all. You need to cultivate sleep. Then, we’re gonna get those people who say,
“I know why people don’t … why they can’t sleep and they wake up, it’s ’cause they eat
gluten. That’s why they’ve got insomnia.” What a load of crap. It’s not gluten that causes insomnia. Don’t blame one thing in your diet and say
that’s why you can’t sleep. If you’ve got a sleeping problem, there’ll
be a reason why you’ve got the sleeping problem. It’s not always just some specific type of
food that you’re eating. All right? Look very carefully at your lifestyle. There’s certainly a link with GI functional
gastrointestine disorders, including candida and Blastocystis parasites, H. pylori. Many of these conditions there’s links there
with them and insomnia. Try and improve insomnia in its own right. Look at the video down below. Use some of those hints and tips I mentioned,
like the magnesium. You may need a job change. You may need to get rid of a few people out
of your life. Something may need to change. If you’ve got insomnia, and you’ve got candida,
they don’t go well together. You want to really try to improve them as
separate items altogether. You’ll need to be working on eradicating the
candida. You’ll also want to be working on improving
your sleep function. When the sleep improves, your health improves
significantly. Okay? I can’t really stress the importance enough
of the insomnia part. One in three people have got a sleeping problem,
one in three. If you’ve got a sleeping problem, it may have
be been one of the reasons why you got into candida in the first place. Was it the chicken or the egg? Check the video out in the description box. Thanks for tuning in.

I can´t sleep properly because I need to urinate multiple times a night and my mouth is very dry. Any idea what could be the underlying problem?

My stool and tongue test are negative for candida, however I still have a white coating on my tongue. Do I have to do several tests to truly see the problem?

The converse is true. If you have candida you won't be able to sleep well. Sleeping poorly doesn't cause candida… it's the candida and poor diet that causes insomnia.
