Best Shoulder Pain exercises ! Do at home or anywhere, anytime. by Dr. Kamal.

Shoulder pain. We have heard that many people have shoulder pain. Working on a computer, writing, cooking All the friction and pain are observed when the person has to lift his hands above his head for some reason. Very simple exercises First keep your hand down and Do it 10-20 times or as many times as you can, then take rest. But first try it with one arm. When you go up, squeeze the shoulder. You can make it more effective if you hold the arm at the top level for 2 seconds, then bring it down. Go as high as you can, then as low as you can. Very easy, do these because remember we do not lift our hands above our heads in our day-to-day activities.
