    I have been avoiding local businesses lately out of fear of being RIPPED OFF!!!

    The fictions being sold here is that dinner at a restaurant is not a "large group event" and that "small group events" somehow don't carry the same risks.

    I'd be more worried about other viruses in the bay area related to human waste on the streets everywhere.

    Not finding this especially relevant. People who are worried about job and income loss as well as health concerns will not relate to people in Silicon Valley who might miss a fancy meal or two.
