• Place your hands on the floor, and assume the same position as when doing push-ups
• Bend your right leg, and bring your knee to your stomach
• Straighten your leg, and lift it 5-8 inches off the floor
• Repeat with your left leg How many times should we do it? 2 sets of 8 reps. Ready there? Go! Start with the right leg. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Now, the left one. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. break! Exercise № 3
• Take a dumbbell or a kettlebell, and stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart
• On the inhale, start to slowly lower your body by bending your knee
• Continue lowering yourself down until your thighs are parallel with the floor
• Then begin to rise, exhaling You should do 3 sets of 20 reps. I’ll give you a minute. Ok? That should be enough for 60 reps. How are you doing there? Are you feeling your muscles burn? That means you’re doing it right. However, the workout should make you feel
energized but not exhausted, so don’t overdo it in the beginning. Only 10 seconds left. 10. 9. 8. 7. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1

• Take a dumbbell in each hand. • Stand up straight, feet shoulder-width
apart. • Start to slowly bend your upper torso,
keeping your back straight, arms hanging down freely. • Bend forward as low as you can. • Then gradually return to the starting
position. You should perform this exercise 5 sets of
12 reps. So, totally 60 reps. It sounds a bit too hard, right? Let’s start with 3 set for today. So, you should only do 36 reps. Shall we begin? Here’s your minute. If you perform this exercise regularly every

    Hey guys im looking thru the comment do not be negative just do it after its done thats it you will feel relief and when you see the results you will be happy i weight about 160 something but i know i can do this short story i started dating my bf back in 2017 and we will go eat at wendys everyday and im not kidding everyday cuz we live right by wendys and by the time i saw myself in the mirror i said to myself i dont know who i am no more and i had the whole 2018 saying ima get back down to 120 how i was and i never did anything but this year started and im doing my exercise everyday also do not post on media until you get to your goal posting will be bad wait until you get to the gaol you set yourself but it only take 30 min to exercise ive been watching alot of vid too and its helping i lost 2 pounds in 1 week and im proud bc i would weigh myself and i would see the number going up but seeing the number going down it motivates me i hope you guys get to your body goal but just know not to give up and be strong💕

    At first these techniques were a real killer as my muscles hurt like what, but once I began to get hang of it, followed the routine of the video and did my own pace with some of these moves….It’s a good workout session at home or with close friends. My Mum even likes this and a few other Legs/Thighs Stretching Videos that this channel offers.

    These sorts of exercises work really well I find in keeping my Legs, Neck and Back muscle areas healthy, Less Stressed and just basically active. Even when I don’t need to lose Cellulite I like to use these and other Videos from this channel as exercises I can do along with Walking, Physio Pilates, and Relaxed Meditations.

Drink plenty of water and it's okay if you can't always get organic foods, but try to reduce tje amount of junk you're putting in. Like set small goals, don't just quit cold turkey on everything. So start off with cutting down the amount of soda you may consume, replace that with water (flavors can be used to help those that dislike straight water). Just cutting out soda will make a difference. Don't give up ❤️
